Domino's Brooklyn Style Sweepstakes

Void where prohibited. The Domino’s Brooklyn Style Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on or about 12:01 a.m. eastern time (ET) October 30, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET December 17, 2006 ("Sweepstakes Period").

WHO MAY ENTER: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) as of October 29, 2006. Employees, officers, and directors, including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling), and members of the same household of Domino’s (“Sponsor”), its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, franchisees, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the United States only and will be subject only to U.S. laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: To Enter With An Access Code: 1) Purchase a specially marked 2-liter Coca-Cola® Product from a participating Domino’s Pizza store; 2) Locate the Access Code on the game piece affixed to the 2-liter bottle; 3) Visit www.brooklynstylepizza.com and enter the Access Code; 4) Complete and submit the Online Entry Form with your name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, ZIP, phone number and birth date. To Enter Without An Access Code: 1) Visit www.brooklynstylepizza.com and click on the “I don’t have an Access Code” link; 2) Complete and submit the Online Entry Form with your name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, ZIP, phone number and birth date. Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address, per day, regardless of entry method.

In the event a dispute arises regarding a specific individual entitled to receive the Prize, an entry will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder” and any damage made to the web site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, Online Service Provider or other organization (i.e. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the entrant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. Entries void if forged, defective, altered or obtained through unauthorized channels, or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. WINNING: On or about December 19, 2006, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by independent judges from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential Grand Prize Winners by registered mail and/or phone within 3 – 5 business days after the Prize drawing.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: A Classic Yellow Checker Taxi Cab (features to be determined) and a year’s supply of free Domino’s Pizza® and Coca-Cola® Products. Value of vehicle is approximately $35,000. Vehicle prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranties of any kind. Vehicle will be a 1955 – 1981 model year and will have been used by a prior owner or owners. Vehicle prize may differ in features and condition from vehicles depicted in Sweepstakes advertising. Vehicle title, registration and license fees are the responsibility of the winner. Vehicle will be delivered to the winner at a location (within the 48 contiguous United States) to be determined by the Sponsor near Winner’s home. In lieu of vehicle prize, winner may choose a cash alternative of $25,000. In the event the winner does so, winner will receive a check in the amount of $25,000 instead of the Classic Yellow Checker Taxi Cab. Free Domino’s Pizza® and Coca-Cola® Products will be awarded via 52 Domino’s gift certificates. Certificates are good for one (1) large one-topping hand-tossed pizza and a 2-liter bottle of Coke® product each. Delivery charges and driver gratuity are not included. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each free pizza and Coke® certificate is $14. Total Grand Prize ARV: $35,728 or, if cash alternative is chosen, $25,728. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize.

Properly claimed Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are listed in these Official Rules. Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Except as set forth above, no substitutions or cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a Prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

CLAIMING PRIZE: Potential Grand Prize Winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for prize and will be required to complete and return and affidavit of eligibility, liability, and advertising/publicity release within 14 days of notification (Tennessee residents need not execute publicity release). Grand Prize winner will be required to present legally valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to claim prize. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the address on his or her entry form, or if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing. Sponsor will attempt to deliver prize to verified winner within 12 to 16 weeks of verification and prize selection.

CONDITIONS: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Entrants, by participating, release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, The Coca-Cola Company, its authorized bottlers and distributors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons including death, and property, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God; any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action[s], regulation[s], order[s], or request[s] prove[s] to be invalid); equipment failure; terrorist acts; earthquake; war; fire; flood; explosion; unusually severe weather; hurricane; embargo; labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal); labor or material shortage; transportation interruption of any kind; work slow-down; civil disturbance; insurrection; riot; or any other cause beyond Sponsor's sole control.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected enrollments or entries. The use of automated or third-party software or web site to enroll and/or enter is prohibited, and any enrollments or entries made through such methods will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to void all enrollments and entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Sponsor not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming, or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from such person’s access to the Sweepstakes website whether human, mechanical or electronic. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice on www.brooklynstylepizza.com. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, all eligible enrollments and entries received as of the termination date will be honored and prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among eligible entries. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified.
